Gröna drinkar.

Det började i våras. Min kropp var så nedgången, mitt ansikte fullt av röda prickar (vuxenacne kallade dermatologen det) och min mage behöll allting. Jag var desperat. Jag hade ju redan slutat med vete och nu eliminerade jag typ allt från min diet. Levde på riskakor och bananer och kaffe. Och sushi. Inget hände på tre månader. Jag googlade och googlade och på den vägen kom jag i kontakt med råkoströrelsen och matens betydelse för kroppen och sinnet. Jag lärde mig att mina humörsvängningar och stundtals djupa dalar definitivt hade att göra med vad jag åt: 90% av lyckohormonet serotonin produceras i tarmarna och 70% av immunförsvaret finns i tarmarna.
Min "vuxenacne" gick minsann inte bort av nåt vaccin, som dermatologen gärna skulle ha tvingat på mig, utan med hjälp av gröna drinkar. Jag hade inte hållit på länge förrän min kropp började tycka om att göra sig av med resterna, jag blev piggare och min hy föryngrades. Som en mirakelmedicin! Men det allra största undret var att Nanna som kämpat med ätstörningar sedan nio-årsåldern för första gången så där riktigt på riktigt trivdes i sin kropp utan att sluta äta! Nånting hände liksom i min hjärna!
Med några månader utan de gröna drinkarna har jag sett tillbakagången. En svullen kropp, en trött kropp, en kropp som inte vill göra sig av med gifter (utan de vill tränga ut genom hyn och ger utslag och finnar). Så det kändes som en prioritet att köpa en mixer, även om detta nu var en kompromiss. Allra helst hade jag velat ha en ordentligt blender, men jag försökte vara förnuftig och gick efter det mer mångsidiga alternativet, även om den inte gör så bra smoothies.
